$110,972 - $119,506 salary package - includes base salary ($97,771- $105,290), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

This role sits within the Course Development and Quality team and is responsible for configuring, testing, and maintaining course information across student, curriculum, and course management systems. The Curriculum Systems Officer ensures course data is accurate, compliant with regulatory standards, and aligned with approved curriculum structures. The position supports course development teams, resolves data exceptions, and maintains documentation to support audits and system integrity. It suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, working collaboratively, and delivering quality outcomes for students and stakeholders in a dynamic environment. 

About You 

You are detail-oriented and thrive in roles that require accuracy and compliance. With experience working in large-scale business information systems, you bring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot data and configuration issues. You enjoy collaborating with diverse teams, translating complex course structures into system configurations, and maintaining clear documentation to support audits and system integrity. Your ability to manage competing priorities, apply regulatory standards, and deliver quality outcomes makes you a trusted contributor.
