$131,911 - $142,056 salary package - includes base salary ($116,219 - $125,157), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
In this influential role, you will primarily support the development and implementation of talent management programs that enhance the employee experience across TAFE NSW. You will contribute to the design of leadership pipelines, shape succession frameworks coordinate early careers programs and facilitate programs. You will partner with stakeholders and apply analysis skills and project management methodologies to deliver impactful, future focused initiatives shaping TAFE NSW's future-ready workforce.
As a member of the Employee Experience team, you will also contribute to performance, culture, reward, recognition and organisational development initiatives that make TAFE NSW a great place to work, where people feel valued, recognised for their excellence and empowered to deliver the best outcomes.
