Base salary $97,771 - $105,290 per annum plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and leave loading

About the role
We currently have one permanent full-time opportunity available in our Workforce Capability, Culture and Change team for a Workforce Design and Change Advisor. This role is responsible for reviewing, developing and evaluating position descriptions to ensure alignment with organisational standards and strategic workforce objectives.
You’ll provide high-level administrative, operational and project support, maintain accurate records and systems, contribute to organisational design workshops, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will directly influence workforce capability and service delivery, while reflecting TAFE NSW’s values and commitment to customer-focused outcomes.
About You
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with demonstrated experience in organisational design, workforce administration, and job evaluation. You thrive in dynamic environments, balancing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality service and advice. With strong analytical and project coordination skills, you support evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
You’re confident working with multiple stakeholders, maintaining accurate records and systems, and developing tools and resources that enhance team operations.
