Package range: $111,798 - $132,585. Package includes salary ($98,499-$116,813 per annum paid pro-rata) employer's superannuation and annual leave loading. (Salary offered will be based on experience).

About the role
We’re seeking world-class educators to inspire the next generation of Electrical Trades students by joining our team of teachers on a permanent fulltime or permanent part-time (0.4 FTE – 14 hours per week or by negotiation) basis located at Dubbo Campus.
In this role, you’ll deliver hands-on, practical training designed to help students build real, job-ready skills. You’ll mentor and support learners from all walks of life as they gain confidence and capability, and you’ll stay connected to your industry while enjoying a more balanced and rewarding lifestyle.

Paid to Learn: for candidates who do not hold an appropriate VET teaching qualification or equivalent, you have the option to be paid to learn as you transition from industry to teaching with guaranteed work following successful completion of the 14 weeks Training and Assessment course. Those who already hold the appropriate teaching qualification or equivalent are still eligible to apply.
Applicants for part-time positions should note that participation in the 14‑week PTL program requires full-time attendance of 35 hours per week throughout the 14 week program.
