About the role
TAFE NSW is seeking a confident and proactive Education Administration Support professional to join the Creative Industries team in a permanent full‑time role based at Kingscliff. Working closely with the Head Teacher and teaching staff, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth day‑to‑day delivery of teaching and learning activities through high‑quality administrative support.
You will bring strong organisational skills, initiative in problem solving, and confidence in communicating across the organisation. A collaborative and friendly team player with attention to detail, you will manage competing priorities, coordinate administrative processes, maintain accurate records across key systems, and meet timelines in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Teams, is highly regarded, with local travel required on rare occasions.
About You
You’re a positive and approachable team player who enjoys working in a busy, collaborative environment. With a friendly manner and a genuine willingness to assist others, you communicate confidently and build strong working relationships across the organisation. You’re comfortable reaching out, sharing information openly, taking initiative autonomously to solve problems and achieve outcomes in a timely manner.
You bring solid administrative experience, impeccable attention to detail, and confidence working across multiple systems and software platforms with varying processes. Adaptable and well organised, with a collaborative and strategic approach to work, you manage competing priorities with ease while maintaining a customer‑first mindset. Above all, you take pride in your professionalism and enjoy contributing to an inclusive, supportive team culture where quality service and collaboration are valued.
