$111,798 - $132,585 salary package - includes base salary ($98,499 - $116,813), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (pro rata)

About the Role
We’re looking for passionate educators to shape the future of Community Services students across two opportunities:

• Nirimba – Permanent Part Time (0.5 FTE)
  A stable, ongoing role supporting Community Services learners within a collaborative and supportive team.
  
  
• Wetherill Park – Temporary Full Time until March 2027
  A full-time position in Community Services, Ageing or Disability delivery.

Across both roles, you will draw on your industry expertise to help students build confidence, develop practical skills, and achieve their career goals through high‑quality teaching and training.

About You
We are seeking passionate and engaged educators who can meet the following Essential Requirements:

Nirimba – Permanent Part Time (0.5 FTE)

• Hold a Degree in Community Services or a recognised Diploma in Community Services with extensive community services experience.
• Hold the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of three (3) years post‑qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained within the last five years.
• Be committed to ongoing development of your VET knowledge and skills, industry currency, and trainer/assessor capability.

Wetherill Park – Temporary Full Time until March 2027

• Hold a Degree or recognised Diploma in Community Services or Nursing or Ageing or Disability, or related fields. Extensive experience in ageing and/or disability will be highly regarded.
• Hold the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of three (3) years post‑qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained within the last five years.
• Be committed to ongoing development of your VET knowledge and skills, industry currency, and trainer/assessor capability.
