Permanent full-time (35 hours per week)

$96,098 salary package - includes base salary ($84,666), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the Role

In this role, you will support our Property Services students as they begin their learning journey. You will assist with the enrolment process, help students get started in their course, and work closely with the teaching team to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.

You will play a key part in encouraging student engagement, providing opportunities for them to start the learning journey, and helping them stay committed to their study timeline. Your contribution will directly influence students’ progression and overall learning experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the Property Services industry and eager to share their knowledge. You will help students build their skills, gain qualifications, improve employability, and work towards their career goals.

About You

You will bring with you a passion to make a sustained and meaningful impact on industry and learners when sharing your subject knowledge expertise from industry and an appropriate vocational qualification.  

To be successful in this role you must possess:

  • Minimum of statement of attainment in Real Estate and/or certificate of registration
  • Have relevant post-qualification experience in the industry relevant to your qualification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to be proactive, self‑driven, and highly organised - demonstrating effective time‑management, initiative, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
