Salary Package $110,972 - $119,506 (includes base salary $97,771 - $105,290 per annum) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll be the trusted partner for hiring managers across TAFE NSW. Your role is to make recruitment simple, effective, and impactful, from designing recruitment strategies and managing talent pools to guiding hiring managers through each step of the recruitment process while ensuring compliance.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, give practical and timely advice, and build their confidence in making great hiring decisions. Customer service is at the heart of what you do, ensuring hiring managers feel supported, candidates feel valued, and every recruitment outcome delivers positive results for our students and communities.
In this fast-paced and ever-changing environment, you’ll balance competing priorities and adapt quickly when plans shift. You’ll also collaborate with a dedicated team who share knowledge, support each other, and continually improve the way we deliver recruitment outcomes across TAFE NSW.
About you
You’re a recruiter who loves making a positive impact. With a Diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience, you bring strong end-to-end recruitment expertise and know how to deliver great outcomes in a busy environment.
