$191,337 salary package - includes base salary ($168,598), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

The TAFE Services Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of TAFE Services Coordinators based in our Border Cluster of campuses. The role involves coordinating campus operations, building community engagement, and delivering exceptional customer service to learners which enables a safe, vibrant campus environment. You will also lead by example to promote a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment, ensuring the effective implementation and review of relevant strategies and initiatives.

This role is based on site at our Albury campus and requires regular travel to the Thurgoona, Corowa, Deniliquin, and Finley campuses. You will be required to work flexible shifts including some evenings to align with TAFE operating hours.

About you 

You bring demonstrated experience in customer relations within a large organisation, with a proven ability to lead and motivate high‑performing teams. You effectively influence, engage, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver shared objectives, consistently placing the customer at the centre of decision‑making. You have experience implementing a Work Health Safety (WHS) plan and you excel at building strong, trusted relationships while maintaining and strengthening existing partnerships.

You are highly motivated, showing strong initiative and the ability to work autonomously while remaining agile in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. A confident multitasker, you can manage competing priorities to achieve positive organisational outcomes. To succeed in this role, you will hold a degree qualification in a related field or have equivalent significant experience.
