Salary Package $63, 778 - $78,538 includes base salary ($56,191 to $69,195) paid pro rata, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

TAFE NSW is looking for a motivated and organised individual for a Stores Attendant in Hair and Beauty. This is a Permanent Part Time Part Year for 24 hours per week over 40 weeks of the year, is an opportunity to join a busy and passionate team supporting student learning outcomes. 

As a Stores Attendant, you'll deliver excellent customer service while managing a range of administrative and operational tasks, including booking appointments, answering phone enquiries, dispensing products to students, completing laundry duties, and safely operating basic equipment.

About you

  • Have excellent customer service skills, and a passion to build and strengthen relationships with our stakeholders.

Essential requirements

  • Certificate III in relevant discipline OR equivalent skills, knowledge and experience in a customer service based role
  • Proven experience performing stock control, ordering, maintenance and related cleaning activities.
  • Effective customer service skills, experience handling cash register transactions and maintaining accurate records.

Highly Regarded:

  • Experience in using a variety of client booking systems.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of industry and professional hairdressing products
