Base salary ($116,219 -$125,157), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

 This position is responsible for enabling the effective provision of key transactions within the Student and Campus Services’ service catalogue that supports the offerings process in TAFE NSW. The role will provide specialised operational guidance, knowledge and support related to policy, compliance, systems and processes, and will manage relationship management with key internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and business continuity.

 About You 

You are someone who brings strong expertise in administrative and transactional processes related to the offerings process, with a solid understanding of the regulatory and legislative frameworks that govern training delivery, including Smart and Skilled. You have a proven ability to interpret policy and legislative changes, assess their impact on the organisation, and refine procedures to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in customer experience. Your adaptability and attention to detail are matched by your willingness to travel as required to meet business needs.
