Base salary $79,248.00 - $109,615.00 pa, plus employer's superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

Join us as an Early Childhood Teacher, where you'll spark curiosity and help children thrive during their formative years. You'll create fun, engaging, and innovative programs tailored to each child’s unique needs, from building early language skills to nurturing social growth and confidence. Get ready to be there every step of the way as they take their first steps into school life, making a lasting impact on their educational journey!

Our Children’s Centre is open from 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and operates 48 weeks of the year. We close for a refreshing four-week break over Christmas, ensuring our team is ready for another exciting year of learning.

About You

Ready to make a real impact in early childhood education?

We’re looking for passionate, patient, and creative individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment. With strong communication skills and a nurturing approach, you're committed to providing enriching learning experiences that support young learners and help our dynamic centre flourish.

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Bachelor/Degree in Early Childhood Teaching recognised by Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)
  • NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation
  • Proven commitment to high-quality early childhood practice, guided by the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and inclusive, socially just practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in early childhood services is highly regarded
