About the role

The Team Leader Hospitality Stores and Resources is responsible for managing a team to deliver quality hospitality related stores and distribution services supported by effective and efficient administrative systems and stock management processes. The position is also responsible for developing strong stakeholder relationships to ensure a customer focused service that maximises customer engagement and contributes to positive outcomes for TAFE NSW and key commercial partners.

This position will be based at Ryde Campus, however travel to other Campuses for meetings and training is scheduled from time to time.

About You

You are a dynamic and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You bring strong experience in managing stores or supply chain operations, ideally in hospitality, retail or services and are adept at overseeing stock management, distribution and administrative systems. With a customer-first mindset, you build and sustain excellent stakeholder relationships and always strive to enhance engagement and service outcomes.

Essential Requirements

  1. A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
  2. Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience relevant to the role.
  3. Demonstrated experience managing a customer oriented hospitality stores and operations team to deliver high quality services to stakeholders across multiple sites.
  4. Proven experience establishing and continually improving hospitality stores and distribution operations, systems and processes to enhance efficiencies and business value.
  5. Willingness and ability to travel across delivery sites.
