$80,502 - $88,860 salary package - includes base salary ($70,926 - $78,289), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

The Education Administration Support is responsible for supporting Head Teachers and their team of teachers with administrative duties on a day-to-day basis. They regularly resolve student’s questions and sustain teachers and students on campus throughout the semester. If you are passionate about working in a multi-disciplinary team, have strong customer service skills and have a passion for supporting multicultural students, then this is the opportunity for you!  

About you 

Your attention to detail will see you excel in this dynamic administrative role, supporting our Plumbing team at Coffs Harbour Campus. Your ability to confidently work autonomously and your proficiency in administrative tasks will help you to succeed in this role. Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in the provision of high-quality administrative support and ability to work with a range of complex administrative and corporate systems
  • Experience in developing systems and processes to support efficient operations
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
