About the role
We are seeking a motivated individual to take the role as an AMEP SEE Regional Coordinator based at St Leonards campus on a temporary fulltime basis until 1 May 2026, with the possibility of extension.
We are also establishing a statewide talent pool to support future temporary and permanent opportunities as they arise across various campus locations. If you would like to be considered for the talent pool, we encourage you to apply.
As an AMEP/SEE Regional Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in implementing TAFE NSW’s centralised business model to deliver the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) and Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) within your contracted region. Leading a team of Customer Service Officers, you’ll ensure high‑quality service delivery, data accuracy and strong outcomes for clients across multiple campuses. You’ll act as the key point of contact for local teaching teams, supporting them to meet contractual obligations and maintain compliance across all program requirements. In this dynamic and community‑focused role, you will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, provide guidance to ensure consistency of practice, and champion initiatives that uplift educational opportunities for vulnerable learners.
About You
You are an experienced people leader who brings strong collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills to a high‑performing environment. Adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders, you can confidently promote the value and impact of AMEP and SEE programs across your region. Your organisational strength and ability to navigate operational complexity ensure you deliver consistent, compliant and client‑centred outcomes. You are deeply committed to supporting vulnerable communities and advocating for accessible education pathways. Experience leading programs in an educational setting will be highly regarded, and you must be willing and able to travel within the contracted region to support teams and campuses as required.
