$131,911 - $142,056 salary package - includes base salary ($116,219 - $ 125,157) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Project Manager position is responsible for providing support and advice to the CRM Support Team and CRM Lead to ensure product effectiveness. The role is also responsible for the development of work packages and ensuring their delivery according to business demand, project objectives and standards.
In this role you will analyse customer relationship management (CRM) related business processes, identifying issues and recommending appropriate CRM technology solutions to produce targeted improvements. You will also actively engage with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate these into functional specifications for technical development.
About You
You have prior experience implementing CRM work processes for a large and diverse organisation as well as demonstrated capabilities and experience in customer facing business process analysis and improvements. You bring excellent communication skills and able to manage competing priorities in an evolving operating environment through collaborative approach. You have strong analytical thinking along with demonstrated project management skills and experience applying project management techniques and engaging stakeholders to deliver measurable customer experience improvements and results.
