About the role
This role is being offered on a permanent Full-time Part Year basis at 35 hours per week across 40 weeks of the year.
As a Technical Assistant you will play a key role in supporting teaching staff by preparing aircraft maintenance training materials, tooling and stores, and workshop environments for assessments including basic aircraft maintenance such as tyre pressures etc, training sessions, and practical activities. You will maintain specialised aerospace tools, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are safe, compliant, and ready for use, while upholding strict Work Health and Safety and aviation regulatory standards. Drawing on your Aviation knowledge and strong problem-solving abilities, you will manage resources effectively and contribute to high-quality, industry-relevant training delivery.
