$111,798 - $132,585 salary package - includes base salary ($98,499 - $116,813), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the Role

We’re looking for passionate educators to shape the future of Community Services students at our Blue Mountains and Nepean Campus’!

Across both roles, you will draw on your industry expertise to help students build confidence, develop practical skills, and achieve their career goals through high‑quality teaching and training.

This role will require you to travel between TAFE NSW’s Blue Mountains and Nepean Campus’.

About You

We are seeking passionate and engaged educators who can meet the following Essential Requirements:

  • Appropriate subject knowledge, skills and vocational qualifications in the relevant industry.
  • Hold the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of three (3) years post‑qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained within the last five years.
  • Be committed to ongoing development of your VET knowledge and skills, industry currency, and trainer/assessor capability.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience in case management, mental health, advocacy, homelessness, community development, disability services and similar areas.
