$108,542 - $128,724 package includes base salary ($95,630 - $113,411 per annum) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

We’re seeking world-class educators to inspire the next generation of Real Estate students!

The role of a TAFE NSW teacher is to support, guide, and enrich the learning experience of our students. As a professional educator, you’ll deliver educational programs and facilitate learning that empowers students to achieve their goals.

About You 

You are passionate about keeping industry knowledge current and relevant, ensuring your students are well-prepared to thrive in this dynamic field.

To be successful in this role you will:

  1. Hold a class 2 Real Estate Licence in NSW.
  2. Hold appropriate subject knowledge and skills, and at minimum hold a Certificate IV in Property Services (CPP41419).
  3. Have a minimum of three years post-qualification industry experience, relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.
  4. Hold evidence of the required teaching qualifications to deliver Vocational Education and Training (VET). See the candidate support document (here) for details.
  5. Be prepared to develop and maintain your Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as your industry currency, and trainer/assessor competence.

Highly Regarded (but not essential): Diploma of Property and/or Degree in Valuation.
