The role of the Remedial Massage Teacher and Allied Health Teacher is to deliver high‑quality, industry‑relevant training that equips students with the practical skills, theoretical knowledge, and professional behaviours required to succeed in diverse health settings. This position supports learners in developing competence in remedial massage techniques, anatomy and physiology, client assessment, and treatment planning, while also teaching broader allied health foundations such as assisting in the delivery of Allied Health programs, communication, infection prevention, and person‑centred care. The purpose of the role is to foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment where students gain confidence, meet competency standards, and are prepared for real‑world practice in clinics, community health, and multidisciplinary teams.
