About the role
As part of the Health, Wellbeing and Human Services Faculty you’ll support a Head Teacher and delivery team across programs such as Aged Care, Disability Care, Leisure & Health, and pathways for high‑school students transitioning into nursing or allied health. While a background in these fields is not required, the role operates in a dynamic environment that demands flexibility and the ability to adjust quickly as priorities shift.
Responsible for supporting daily teaching and learning activities, maintaining accurate data across multiple TAFE systems, and managing a broad range of administrative tasks. Collaborating with student services, facilities and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for students and staff. This is a varied administrative role that plays a key part in supporting high‑quality education delivery.
About You
You are an experienced administrator who is proactive, adaptable and thrives in a role with plenty of variety. You’re confident using Microsoft Teams, Outlook and other Microsoft 365 applications, and ideally have experience working across multiple data systems.
You thrive in fast‑paced environments where priorities shift. Your communication skills, attention to detail and customer‑focused approach help you build strong relationships and deliver reliable support.
