$111,798 – $132,585 salary package - includes base salary ($98,499 – $116,813), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

Bring your passion for law, human resources, and leadership into the classroom! We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals to inspire the next generation of industry practitioners and leaders. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, industry-aligned teaching, combining contemporary legal, HR, and leadership practices with engaging approaches that support student success.

You will work with diverse learners to build practical capabilities in areas such as employment law, workplace relations, organisational behaviour, people management, ethical leadership, and strategic decision-making. Using your professional experience and subject expertise, you’ll create inclusive, supportive learning environments that foster critical thinking, professionalism, collaboration, and lifelong learning.

About You

To be successful in the role, you will:

  • Hold appropriate subject knowledge and skills, and at minimum hold a Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma or Masters in a related field (or above qualification)
  • Have a minimum of three years post-qualification property valuation industry experience relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously
  • Be prepared to develop and maintain your knowledge and skills as well as your industry currency, and trainer/assessor competence
