      $108, 542 - $128, 724 salary package - includes base salary ($95, 630 - $113, 411), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

      About the role

      We are seeking a passionate and skilled Teacher of Carpentry to join our dedicated team at Hornsby Campus on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high quality carpentry instruction to students, fostering both their technical skills and their understanding of industry standards.

      About You

      You will have:

      1. Possess a minimum of Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent) and a commitment to maintain technical currency. 
      2. Possess a minimum of Certificate IV in Building or equivalent
      3. Minimum of five years post-qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.
      4. Evidence of holding the appropriate teaching qualifications to deliver Vocational Education and Training. See the candidate support document (here) for details
      5. Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.

      Highly Regarded:

      • Possess a Carpentry Contractors Licence
