$111,798 - $132,585 salary package - includes base salary ($98,499 - $116,813), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

We’re seeking dedicated Aviation educators who are passionate about developing the next generation of aviation professionals. At TAFE NSW, you’ll play a vital role in equipping students with nationally recognised qualifications that lead to rewarding and meaningful careers across the aviation industry. Through your industry knowledge and experience, you’ll mentor learners as they build practical, hands-on skills in areas such as aircraft operations, safety procedures, aviation regulations, and ground or flight support activities.

This role is more than delivering training—it’s about nurturing confident, capable individuals who champion safety, professionalism, innovation, and operational excellence. About You

To be successful in the role you will:

• Possess a minimum Certificate II or above in Aviation or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field with a commitment to maintain technical currency
• Have a minimum of three years post-qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously
• Evidence of holding the appropriate teaching qualifications to deliver Vocational Education and Training. See the candidate support document (here) for details
• Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence
