About the role

Bring your current industry experience and knowledge in Ageing and/or Disability Support and join our vibrant teaching team in this permanent full time opportunity.  TAFE Teachers are professional educators who help, construct, guide and enhance the educative process. The successful candidate for this role will deliver educational programs and facilitate learning, enabling students to achieve their best outcomes.

About You

We are looking for passionate and engaged individuals who have the ability to meet the following essential requirements:

• Hold a qualification at a minimum level of Certificate III or above in Individual, Ageing or Disability Support
• Evidence of holding the appropriate teaching qualifications to deliver Vocational Education and Training. See the candidate support document (here) for details.
• Minimum three years post-qualification industry experience, gained no longer than five years previously
• Commitment to maintaining and developing Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
