Salary Package up to $119,506 includes salary ($97,771 - $105,290) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role 

The TAFE Services Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with a range of internal corporate partners to provide services for staff and students within the campus community, as well as being a key point of contact within TAFE NSW for the wider community through representation and community engagement with other organisations. 

In addition, the role oversees a range of on‑site operational activities, ensuring the campus runs efficiently and remains safe, welcoming and well‑organised. This includes coordinating local service delivery, supporting incident and issue management, and providing timely assistance to staff, students and visitors helping create an environment that enables positive learning experiences and strengthens TAFE NSW’s connection with our communities.

About You 

You enjoy applying your high level of customer service and can-do attitude and are motivated and engaged to coordinate and facilitate on the ground services, that support campus safety and vibrancy. 

You have demonstrated experience in establishing relationships and networking with various stakeholders and can build good rapport with your colleagues and community. 

You will have good negotiation and communication skills and are experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite. 

Working independently, you are a self-starter and results driven team member who can problem solve whilst managing competing priorities. 

Essential Requirements: 

  1. A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement). 
  1. Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience. 
  1. Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people and in monitoring and delivering services which meet customer requirements. 
  1. Ability to work some flexible shifts including evenings to align with TAFE operating hours as required.
