About the role
This is a unique and customer-facing opportunity to play a key role in supporting the Northern NSW Academic Health Alliance (NAHA) - a collaborative partnership between TAFE NSW and three universities, based within the Tweed Hospital Complex in Kingscliff.
As the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Hub, ensuring activities are well coordinated, priorities are managed, and services are delivered effectively. You will provide high-level administrative coordination and contribute to decision-making aligned to the NAHA governance framework, supporting the smooth and efficient running of the Hub.
A key part of this role includes overseeing day-to-day operations, including coordinating and guiding another team member to ensure workflows, priorities, and service delivery outcomes are achieved. While this role does not have formal direct reports, it plays an important role in supporting and aligning team activities.
Working across a broad range of stakeholders, you will help drive collaboration, maintain effective processes, and support initiatives that connect education, health, and community outcomes. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and can balance operational delivery with team coordination.
