TAFE Services Coordinator 

Location: Strathfield 

Permanent Full-time 

Base salary $116,219 - $125,157 per annum plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and leave loading

About the role

This is a dynamic opportunity to lead and coordinate service excellence at one of TAFE NSW’s large learning locations in the Central Coast and Eastern City Community Group. As the Strathfield TAFE Services Coordinator, you will work collaboratively across delivery, student services, facilities, and corporate functions to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for students, staff, and the broader community.  

About You 

You will have a proven track record in building rapport with diverse individuals and delivering customer-focused activities and services including key point of contact for local operations, coordination of campus safety initiatives and leading student & staff engagement activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to work varying shifts, including evenings, to align with TAFE's operating hours with a willingness to travel to local schools and other TAFE NSW campuses to coordinate with the Campus Services team members to deliver a range of activities.
