Location negotiable across NSW (subject to campus availability) 

Full-time Temporary until 8 January 2027 with the possibility of extension

$91,081 - $100,536 salary package - includes base salary ($80,246 - $88,576), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

Be at the centre of a fast-paced Executive Office, providing high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth coordination of key activities and priorities within the teaching division.

As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for managing executive calendars and inboxes, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing agendas and maintaining action registers, and provide secretariat support for committee processes to enable the effective delivery of team objectives.

About You 

You are a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing strong administrative capability and demonstrated ability to support executive priorities.

As the successful candidate you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative and/or secretariat support in a professional environment.
  • Experience supporting financial administration and reconciliation activities, including the effective use of records management and/or information or finance systems.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced executive environment.
