About the role
We are seeking expressions of interest to build our Staffing Pool Coordinator Talent Pool. This role is responsible for efficiently and effectively managing staff to deliver skilled educational support staff in a timely manner to enable the Skills Teams to deliver an outstanding learning experience to students.
About You
You will play a vital role in driving collaboration with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and required to display a high level of initiative. You will have a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a dispersed team and provide high-level advice and educational quality expertise. Your knowledge of understanding complex information and technology is required to deliver quality service.
Crucially, you are someone who shares the TAFE NSW Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence and Customer First.
Essential Criteria
1. Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills knowledge and experience.
2. Demonstrated understanding of computerised rostering systems and ability to construct rosters for a large complex organisation.
3. Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
