About the Role

We have two senior-level opportunities for professionals who specialise in either Business Architecture or Network Architecture. You’ll be part of a collaborative team leading the design and delivery of technology solutions that support how TAFE NSW operates, connects, and serves its students and employees. This includes improving digital services, upgrading infrastructure, and integrating systems that support teaching, student services, and corporate functions.

Your focus will be on translating business needs into practical, future-ready technology designs. You’ll work closely with digital delivery teams, project stakeholders, and fellow architects to solve complex challenges, modernise systems, and ensure every solution aligns with TAFE NSW’s broader technology strategy. You’ll play a key role in shaping conversations, guiding decisions, and supporting others by bringing clarity, structure, and leadership to how solutions are designed and delivered.

About You

You’re a senior architecture professional with 5+ years of experience delivering end-to-end solutions in complex environments. You’re confident working across different teams, balancing business goals with technical realities, and making decisions based on solid research and data. You’re a strategic thinker who can quickly shift focus between topics, solve problems with clarity, and communicate your ideas effectively and collaboratively.

You lead with integrity, are motivated, curious, and committed to growing your subject matter expertise. You enjoy mentoring others and sharing knowledge, and you thrive in environments where collaboration and purpose drive everything you do.
