$131,911 - $142,056 salary package - includes base salary ($116,219 - $125,157 per annum), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Senior Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivering high‑quality workforce data and insights that enable TAFE NSW to effectively manage and optimise its staff resources. The role requires advanced analytical expertise to design, produce, and interpret a broad range of workforce reports and dashboards. By ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights, the Senior Reporting Analyst supports evidence‑based decision‑making, strengthens workforce planning, and enhances organisational performance.

As a Senior Reporting Analyst, you excel at managing multiple analytical projects under tight deadlines, delivering accurate, high‑quality insights. With strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail, you engage confidently with stakeholders to gather information, negotiate deadlines, and balance competing priorities.
