$230,530 salary package - includes base salary $203,592, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the Centres of Excellence (CoE)
The TAFE NSW Centres of Excellence bring together the Construction Centre of Excellence, the Manufacturing Centres of Excellence, and the Institute of Applied Technology (IAT) Digital, a National Centre of Excellence, to support industry-led innovation, workforce development and skills excellence across priority sectors.
Through partnerships with industry, government, training providers and higher education institutions, the Centres develop and deliver industry-aligned education, applied research, and innovative workforce solutions that respond to current and emerging skills needs. Leveraging contemporary learning environments, advanced technologies and strong stakeholder networks, the Centres help build the capabilities required for the jobs of today and the future.
About the Role
As the Senior Manager Centre of Excellence Digital, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the future of digital skills education across NSW. Leading a high-performing team within the Institute of Applied Technology (IAT) Digital, you will drive educational excellence, industry engagement and innovation to ensure programs remain aligned to emerging technologies, workforce needs and learner expectations. Working closely with industry, universities, government and community partners, you will oversee the delivery of impactful training solutions, foster applied research and lead strategic initiatives that strengthen digital capability across the sector.
The successful candidate must have a willingness and ability to travel to the Centre of Excellence campuses as required. The CoE Digital team is based at Meadowbank campus.
About You
You are an accomplished education and industry leader with significant experience in digital technologies and a strong track record of delivering innovative, industry-responsive learning outcomes. You bring expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams, building influential partnerships and driving strategic change in complex environments. Passionate about developing future talent, you use data, insights and stakeholder collaboration to enhance learner outcomes and organisational performance. Your ability to navigate emerging trends in areas such as AI, cybersecurity, data and digital technologies, combined with your commitment to excellence, positions you to lead with impact in a rapidly evolving landscape.
