About the role
As a Senior Facilities Coordinator, you will oversee property and facilities services across multiple TAFE NSW sites, ensuring compliance, safety, performance, and customer service. You'll manage an in-house team and contractors, approve work scope changes within your authority, and support organisational goals by coordinating programs, projects, data requests, and audits to meet operational objectives.
This is a Full-Time Permanent Opportunity based at our Newcastle Campus.
About You
We are looking for driven and self-motivated individuals who have the capacity to meet the following Essential Requirements:
1. Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
2. Demonstrated experience assessing and approving facilities/ assets related scopes of work, liaising with contracted services providers and ensuring performance standards are met.
3. Experience coordinating facilities management activities and support for broader projects across a number of locations to meet operational needs.
4. Experience leading and supervising inhouse and/or external contracted services in the delivery of high standards of facilities management services and effectively utilising computerised systems to support work management.
