$110,972 – $119,506 salary package - includes base salary ($97,771- $105,290), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
TAFE NSW is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to coordinate rostering and operational activities that support high quality vocational education.
In this role, you will prepare, maintain and optimise class support rosters to ensure the right resources are in place to deliver an outstanding student experience. You’ll work closely with skills teams and stakeholders to align workforce planning with operational needs, while maintaining compliance with audit, financial and regulatory requirements.
About you
You are a highly organised and proactive professional with demonstrated coordination and stakeholder engagement skills. You bring experience in rostering or workforce planning and are confident using Excel to manage data, track resource utilisation and support decision-making.
A natural problem solver, you enjoy working in fast-paced environments where you can think critically, identify solutions and balance competing priorities. You are a strong communicator with the ability to negotiate and collaborate to achieve efficient rostering outcomes.
