Base salary of $112,834 - $121,512 p.a plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading | TAFE Worker Level 8

About the Role
As the Reporting and Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in coordinating reporting, compliance, and funding implementation activities to ensure the effective and transparent use of Community Service Obligation (CSO) funding.
Your work will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of operational guidelines, contribute to governance frameworks, and provide data-driven insights to enhance educational outcomes.
You will be responsible for analysing CSO funding utilisation, identifying trends, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including targeted programs under the CSO framework.
About You
You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong understanding of funding compliance and data analysis. You bring experience in interpreting and applying guidelines, providing clear and consistent advice, ensuring stakeholders meet funding requirements, and contributing to governance and planning processes.
Your ability to communicate complex information effectively and foster collaboration across teams ensures that funding is implemented fairly and transparently. You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to using data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
