Package Range: $107,740 - $116,025. Package includes salary ($94,923 - $102,223) employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the Role
As a Marketing Specialist (Aboriginal Identified) at TAFE NSW, you will play a key role in developing and delivering marketing initiatives that support enrolment growth, strengthen brand awareness, and showcase the life-changing impact of vocational education. Working as part of the Brand Experiences team, you’ll contribute to targeted campaigns, with a strong focus on engaging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, as well as diverse and regional audiences. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and community partners to design and deliver effective marketing programs, while ensuring campaigns are inclusive, impactful and aligned with TAFE NSW’s strategic goals.
About You
You are a passionate marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver results. With experience in developing and supporting targeted marketing campaigns, you bring strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to every project. You are proactive, organised, and adaptable, with the ability to balance priorities and contribute to cross-functional initiatives. Importantly, you identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and are committed to creating meaningful outcomes for Aboriginal communities through education and training pathways.
