Location negotiable across TAFE NSW (pending campus availability)

Temporary Full time until 30 June 2026

$199,675 package includes salary ($176,043), employer’s contribution to superannuation and leave loading.

About the role
As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, business-critical projects that drive strategic outcomes and innovation across TAFE NSW. You’ll apply contemporary project management methodologies to oversee ICT initiatives from initial design through to implementation, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and service excellence. Specifically, this role will support the successful implementation of our Asset Management System Uplift utilising Dynamics 365. In this dynamic role, you’ll also play a key part in enhancing asset management practices and driving continuous improvement in policies and processes.

About You 
You bring a strong track record of delivering complex, business-focused projects within dynamic service environments, and are confident managing all phases of project delivery, from design through to implementation and evaluation. Your ability to engage and influence stakeholders, apply sound governance, and lead cross-functional teams ensures successful outcomes aligned with organisational goals. You thrive in environments of change and challenge, and consistently demonstrate resilience, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.

To be successful in this role, you must meet all essential requirements, including:

  • Degree in project management or a related field, or possessing equivalent significant experience.
  • A strong record of delivering complex, business-focused projects, excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
