Permanent Full-time (35 hours per week)

$205,590 salary package - includes base salary ($181,324), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

This senior position plays a pivotal role in strengthening TAFE NSW’s integrity framework and embedding a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical excellence across the organisation while managing industrial risks associated with integrity matters. You will lead the resolution of complex integrity matters, provide authoritative advice to senior leaders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance governance and compliance practices.

As a trusted advisor, you will engage and influence internal and external stakeholders, building organisational capability and fostering confidence in our systems and processes. Your work will ensure that TAFE NSW remains a values-driven organisation, committed to the highest standards of integrity and public trust.

About You 

To be successful for this position you must possess:

  • A degree qualification in law or in a related field or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • A strong background, knowledge and expertise in preventing, detecting and managing serious misconduct and serious wrongdoing including Fraud, Corruption and Child Protection
  • Expertise in Industrial Relations in both NSW and Federal workplace legislation or related experience in law
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills both internally and across other state agencies such as the NSW Ombudsman and Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC)
  • The ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a complex environment
  • A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement)
