$153,733 - $157,539 salary package - includes base salary ($135,445 - $138,798), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and development of high-quality, inclusive and industry-relevant education at TAFE NSW. As an Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with Faculty, subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging course content that meets student and community needs, supports diverse delivery modes, and aligns with compliance and quality standards. You’ll apply best practice instructional design principles, integrate emerging technologies, and manage multiple projects to deliver impactful learning experiences.
About you
You are passionate about adult learning, innovation in education, and continuous improvement. You will bring proven experience in instructional design, with a strong focus on adult learning principles, curriculum development, and/or e-learning creation. You will also demonstrate a solid understanding of the standards and regulatory frameworks that govern vocational education and training. A relevant Degree or Diploma at AQF level 5-8 or equivalent, or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience, is required.
