Total Remuneration Package $178,647.30 (Package includes $158,152.00 base salary p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading)

About the role

The Portfolio Reporting Lead oversees the performance reporting of a diverse and complex $200M+ project portfolio, playing a critical role in enterprise-wide decision-making. This position leads the monthly consolidation and analysis of project status reports, providing executives with key insights to optimise investment allocations, resourcing, scheduling, budgets, and benefits. Additionally, the role involves identifying systemic trends and patterns to enhance overall portfolio performance and drive strategic improvements.

About You 

To excel in this role, you will thrive in a small, dynamic team that collaborates closely with senior and executive management. Leveraging your proven experience in delivering portfolio-level reporting within a complex organisation, you will provide valuable insights to facilitate informed decision-making at the executive level. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation will be essential. Additionally, experience in designing and implementing online dashboards and reporting systems will be highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including the Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel, Project/Planner, and a range of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) systems.
  • Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience in project portfolio management such as PMO/ePMO.
  • Experience and ability to develop project reporting for a range of projects/programs and portfolios.
  • Ability to meet the focus capabilities as outlined in the Position Description.
