$108,057 package includes salary ($95,630-$113,411), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading (pro rata)

About the role

We are looking for exceptional educators to inspire and guide the next generation of Conservation and Ecosystem Management professionals. Showcase your expertise and passion for your industry, supporting students to develop valuable skills, gain qualifications, and achieve career goals.  

In the role, you will have sound up-to-date knowledge of subject areas, aligning with current industry best practices to design and deliver effective and engaging learning experiences. You’ll teach in both face-to-face and online settings, facilitating practical, hands-on education.

About You

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Have appropriate subject knowledge, skills and hold a minimum Certificate III in Conservation & Ecosystem Management or equivalent tertiary qualification in related disciplines.
  • Have a minimum of three years post-qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.
  • Evidence of holding the appropriate teaching qualifications to deliver Vocational Education and Training. See the candidate support document (here) for details
  • Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
