Base salary range of $91,272 - $98,291 p.a. plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

The Learning Bank Officer role is responsible for cataloguing, publishing and archiving learning content and supporting materials within the digital Learning Bank. This role involves a commitment to metadata accuracy, to ensure delivery teams can seamlessly search and retrieve educational resources. Working in a dynamic environment, you will support internal stakeholders to access and navigate the Learning Bank and work collaboratively on project, reporting and auditing tasks.

This is a temporary full-time opportunity until the 30th of June 2025.

About You

You are customer-focused with demonstrated experience in digital cataloguing and metadata. You have well-developed technology, problem-solving and research skills. You have a high level of attention to detail with excellent communication skills. You demonstrate a growth mindset and are adaptable, using the information at hand to make informed decisions and operate with minimal supervision. Critically, you are highly organised and motivated which will be key to your success in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced changing environment.
