$63,157 – $67,354 salary package - includes base salary ($55,644 - $59,342), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role - Childcare at TAFE NSW

Join us as an Early Childhood Educator (internally known as an Advanced Childcare Worker) where you’ll be at the heart of our Children’s Centre. You'll work collaboratively to plan and implement engaging experiences in a play-based and educational setting that supports each child's development, curiosity, and potential.

Our Children’s Centre operates Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm, open 49 weeks per year.

About You 

You are a passionate educator who loves creating joyful, nurturing spaces where children can learn and grow. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building strong relationships with families, children, and team members, we’d love to hear from you!

What you will bring:

  • Certificate III Early Childhood recognised by Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) and demonstrated experience in early childhood services.
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and Child Protection - Mandatory Reporting Framework.
  • A Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, and ACECQA-approved First Aid certification (including CPR, asthma, anaphylaxis, and diabetes management).
