$110,972 – $119,506 salary package - includes base salary ($97,771 - $105,290), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
This Executive Assistant role provides high level, confidential support to the Executive Director Learning and Teaching, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of executive and faculty operations. You will take ownership of core EA responsibilities including managing a complex calendar, overseeing a shared faculty inbox, coordinating team meetings, and arranging logistics such as rooms, catering and travel. Working closely with the executive team, you will proactively manage competing priorities, anticipate needs and solve problems to keep business activities on track. The faculty is forward thinking and committed to innovation, particularly in digital capability and the use of emerging technologies, and this role will support initiatives that strengthen team capability and improve ways of working.
About you
You are highly organised, proactive and forward thinking, with a strong ability to manage competing priorities and stay ahead of deadlines. You are a clear and confident communicator who builds effective relationships and works collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders. You bring sound judgement, discretion and a strong understanding of confidentiality, with the professionalism to manage sensitive information appropriately. Naturally solutions focused, you are comfortable navigating challenges and identifying practical improvements. You also have an interest in digital capability and innovation, with experience or a willingness to build skills in areas such as AI and support others to grow their confidence and capability in using new technologies.
