103,133 package includes base salary ($91,272 - $98,291) per annum plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

This role provides a range of high level, confidential executive support and administrative services to senior executive management to facilitate effective and efficient delivery of executive office operations, communications and business activities.

In this role, you will manage the Senior Executive/s’ diary appointments, coordinate travel arrangements, attendance at events and supporting administrative processes. You will also provide high level executive secretarial and administrative support including preparation of briefing notes, presentations, senior management papers, ministerial, government and external stakeholder communications to meet specified timeframes and confidentiality requirements.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:-

  1. Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline OR equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  2. Experience providing a range of executive support and administrative services to support senior executive management activities.
  3. Demonstrated ability to prepare, format and present a range of business documents and communications including presentations, correspondence, reports, briefing notes and submissions.
  4. Experience liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders, meeting attendees and community members to support business activities.
