About the role
We have an exciting permanent part time opportunity for a creative and motivated individual with current industry knowledge and experience in Nursing to join our Ballina team as an Education Support Officer (ESO).
Working within a team of Nursing professionals, the Education Support Officer is supervised by the Head Teacher. The role is responsible for a range of activities which support learners and enhances the student learning experience.
Note: This role does not teach or prepare lessons or resources and does not deliver training nor undertake assessment.
About You
You will love this role if you thrive on solving problems and helping others. You will be a part of a dynamic team, supporting students to successfully carry out tasks and understand their learning materials and concepts whilst creating an innovative and exciting educational environment. You will be technologically savvy with some prior demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and online meeting platforms like MS Teams or Zoom to be able to support students both face to face as well as via connecting platforms.
