About the role
The Media, Arts, Design, and Entertainment team at the Coffs Harbour campus is seeking a creative and motivated individual with current industry knowledge and experience in Design to join them as an Education Support Officer on a permanent part-time basis.
As an Education Support Officer, your main responsibility will be to support learners within the classroom environment, enhancing their learning experience. You will focus on ensuring positive student outcomes by providing tailored assistance to a diverse range of students.
While a teaching qualification is not required, a passion for education and a commitment to supporting TAFE NSW students are essential. Your role will involve creating a conducive learning environment and assisting both students and teachers in achieving their educational goals.

Targeted Question: As an Education Support Officer, you will be required to provide technical support, including IT support with TAFE NSW systems such as the Microsoft Office suite and Teams. This support will help students access their learning resources and collaborate with the teaching team.
