Your responsibilities include helping students navigate technology, access resources, and progress in their studies, all while fostering an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere. This is a hands-on, campus-based role that cannot be performed remotely, and is central to ensuring local students have the tools and confidence to achieve their goals.

You are proficient using a range of technology and can confidently support students with Microsoft Office and other programs, demonstrating capability to troubleshoot and learn new tools as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a vocational qualification at Certificate III level or higher in any discipline, demonstrating that you’ve successfully navigated the adult or tertiary education process yourself.
