About the role

You'll create fun, engaging, and innovative programs tailored to each child’s unique needs, from building early language skills to nurturing social growth and confidence. Our Children’s Centre is open from 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and operates 48 weeks of the year. We close for a refreshing four-week break over Christmas, ensuring our team is ready for another exciting year of learning.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor/Degree in Early Childhood Teaching recognised by Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)
• NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation
• Proven commitment to high-quality early childhood practice, guided by the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and inclusive, socially just practices.
• Demonstrated experience in early childhood services is highly regarded
